What the Australian Debt Advisory Centre (ADAC) can do for you...
ADAC is able to look at your financial situation calmly and objectively. By getting ADAC to do this for you, the stress you are feeling will be relieved immediately. We will make sure that all threatening phone calls and letters stop and we will do everything we can to protect you from bankruptcy – the very last option.
ADAC will step in and negotiate on your behalf with all of your creditors, putting a stop to any legal action you may be facing. This is a daunting task and one that is strategically handled by ADAC – we have the experience and the knowledge to negotiate the best outcome for you. ADAC will ensure that we put together a sustainable budget for you – one that is realistic and one that you will be able to stick to for many years to come. We make sure that we find out everything about you, so that you are able to ‘see the light at the end of the tunnel’ by the time we are finished drafting up the budget.
You can rest assured that ADAC will act in your best interests – saving your property, saving you from bankruptcy and lastly (but certainly not least), saving and restoring your piece of mind.
How is ADAC different from the other administrators?
ADAC’s philosophy is to always act in your best interest. You will be able to discuss your position with one of our financial counsellors who will then be able to suggest the best possible solution for you. ADAC does not favour one solution over another although we do our best to avoid bankruptcy. ADAC views bankruptcy as a serious last option but will be able to guide you through this process if that is the solution for you. We will make sure that you are able to afford the repayments of your debt agreement – many people have come to us already in a debt agreement that they can’t keep up with.
What’s next?Firstly, you need to contact us! We want to make sure that you are OK - the pressure of dealing with all of your creditors would have put some stress on you and we have financial counsellors available to talk you through the process. ADAC will then establish a ‘plan of attack’ on your debt. This will include putting out any fires with your creditors and starting to look strategically at how best to get you back on track – this can include one or more of the following solutions: |
